1. Services

We offer web development services including but not limited to website design, development, maintenance, hosting setup, and consultation. The scope of services for each client will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

2. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 25% is required before the start of any project.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as outlined in the invoice schedule.
• Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide all necessary content, images, and information in a timely manner.
• You confirm that all materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

• Unless otherwise agreed, we retain the rights to the underlying code and development tools used.
• Upon full payment, you will own the website design and content provided specifically for your project.
• We reserve the right to display the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

5. Revisions & Support

• Rounds of revisions are included in your project scope.
• Additional revisions may be billed at an hourly rate of $25/hour.
• Post-launch support is available as part of a separate maintenance agreement.

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice.
• In the event of termination, any completed work will be delivered, and outstanding balances must be paid.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any websites we build.

8. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party tools (e.g., plugins, hosting, analytics). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of service of third-party products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of PA.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
